Coppersmith Recruitment, representing our esteemed client, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Sales Manager (Internal) with a strong background in Account Management and sales area development. In this role, your primary focus will be on generating sales leads and successfully closing deals through high-quality one-to-one conversations with decision makers in the hospitality sector. Your sales territory will encompass various establishments, including hotels, wedding venues, golf/football/cricket clubs, and other event venues within the UK, with potential opportunities for international sales. Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate sales leads. Conduct high-quality one-to-one conversations with decision makers and influencers. Close sales deals effectively. While quick wins are not guaranteed, building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients are crucial. This involves thorough fact-finding and establishing trust through professional interactions with decision makers and influencers. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous success in a Business-to-Business sales role, preferably within a call center or sales office environment. Competitive, target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player. While experience in hospitality sales or event management is advantageous, it is not mandatory. What We Offer: Permanent full-time position (part-time considered). Starting annual salary between £25,000 and £30,000 (dependent on sales experience and industry knowledge). Potential "On Target Earnings" bonus of £8,000 p.a. upwards (open-ended). Contributory pension scheme after 3 months. 20 days holiday per year, rising to a generous 25 days after one year of service (plus Bank Holidays).
