The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the risk assessment process, ensuring that properties meet building regulations and align with the company's standards, ultimately facilitating the issuance of insurance cover upon completion. Key Responsibilities: Conduct risk assessments on properties registered by the company, ensuring compliance with building regulations. Provide professional advice on property and construction matters. Play a vital role in the issuance of insurance cover upon completion of the construction projects. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting company values and ethos at all times. Requirements: Level 6 qualification in Building Surveying or equivalent. Extensive experience in private residential construction from foundation level through to completion. Working knowledge of current UK building regulations.
