Salary: £21,000 – £25,400 (age dependent) + OTE up to £32,000 Coppersmith Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established property business for a Sales Associate. This is a client-facing sales role that will suit someone with a background in property management and sales — confident promoting products and services and spotting cross-sell opportunities. Job Profile Build and maintain strong client relationships with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Drive new business and identify cross-sell opportunities (financial services, solicitor referrals, valuations) while delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales and lettings process. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Proactively generate new business via outreach, referrals and local networking.
Build and maintain a pipeline of active buyers and prospective sellers.
Find opportunities to cross-sell ancillary services such as mortgage advice, solicitor referrals and valuation services.
Support property listings, viewings and negotiations to ensure smooth transaction progress.
Keep up to date with local market trends, pricing and relevant legislation.
Customer Service Deliver a consistently excellent client experience and act as a professional point of contact for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Operational & Administrative Support Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met and documentation is accurate.
Maintain and update the client/property database.
Flag operational issues and support the branch in day-to-day activities.
Marketing & Promotion Work with the marketing function to promote properties and services through digital channels, social media and local campaigns.
Assist with property launches, events and community engagement activities to boost visibility.
Person Profile Experience (preferred) Ideally someone with experience in property management and a sales/customer service role — confident promoting products and services and working to targets.
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
Skills & Attributes Strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
Proactive, enthusiastic and target-driven with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Well organised with the ability to manage time and priorities.
Professional presentation and a team-player mindset.
Basic numeracy and good English language skills.
Qualifications Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
GCSE English & Maths (Grade 4/C) desirable.
