Coppersmith Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced individual on behalf of our esteemed client, a highly regarded independent family-run Insurance Brokerage in North West London. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of health/private medical insurance broker experience (essential)
Account-executive experience within a brokerage
GCSE Maths & English
Proven knowledge of all classes of health/private medical insurance
Familiarity with Travel/Cashplans is desirable
Salary: Dependent on experience, ability, and skill level
Minimum £30,000 for 2 years as a broker
Top end for significant experience (6/7+ years) and demonstrated value
Responsibilities: Administer and service existing clients, including visiting clients, renewal administration, presentation preparation, negotiating premiums, processing adjustments, claims, and client reports.
Confidently communicate with clients, demonstrating authority and fairness.
Work independently with minimum supervision in a pressurized environment, taking instructions from Directors as appropriate.
Cross-sell insurance and non-insurance products based on client demands and needs.
Reporting Lines: Follow agreed procedures and instructions from your manager.
Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to company values and work ethics.
Strictly follow responsibilities outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Comply with health and safety, security, and computer misuse guidelines.
Follow responsibilities laid down by insurance regulators.
Carry out tasks and duties as requested by your line Manager and Directors.
Individual Responsibilities: Provide support to other staff when appropriate.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and possess good negotiation skills.
GCSE level education in Maths and English.
Office-based role with opportunities to meet clients.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Location: London NW4 (In-person)
