We are currently recruiting NPLQ-trained Lifeguards for immediate placements across a range of indoor and outdoor swimming environments. Job Overview: As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all pool users. You’ll remain vigilant at all times, respond effectively in emergencies, and support the day-to-day operation of the facility. Key Responsibilities: Maintain constant supervision of swimmers and poolside areas. Perform rescues, administer first aid, and respond quickly to emergencies. Carry out regular pool safety checks and cleaning duties. Support pool users with clear, friendly communication and guidance. Uphold health and safety regulations and facility rules at all times. Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment for swimming sessions. Requirements: Current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) – essential. Excellent awareness, concentration, and quick decision-making skills. Strong communication and a professional, approachable attitude. Ability to work as part of a team and remain calm under pressure. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Desirable: First Aid at Work and/or AED certification (if not included in NPLQ).
