Requirements:

Coppersmith Recruitment is representing our client, a leading player in the recycling industry, in their search for a skilled Mechanic specializing in Underground Recycling Systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of recycling equipment at customer sites. Responsibilities: Attend service visits as directed by the service department. Conduct routine service visits at customer sites to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Install and commission equipment at customer sites, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. Respond promptly to service callouts, demonstrating a commitment to timely issue resolution. Collaborate with sales managers when necessary to address customer needs effectively. Conduct site surveys as requested, providing valuable insights for service improvement. Complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with service department protocols. Qualifications: Basic mechanical engineering skills with a hands-on approach to work. Safety and Compliance: Work in a safe manner at all times, prioritizing personal and environmental safety. Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with company and customer safety regulations. Adhere to company and customer health and safety rules without compromise. Wear the provided company uniform consistently during work hours. Drive company vehicles safely and legally, maintaining a clean and tidy vehicle. Perform regular safety checks on company vehicles, reporting any issues promptly. Communicate with customers and fellow Orwak Easi staff in a consistently polite and professional manner. Requirements: Valid driver's license. Proven experience in servicing and maintaining recycling equipment, preferably in an underground setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
