Your key responsibilities will include leading significant initiatives such as depot realignment, recertification of items within our nominee safe, and the implementation of a new document management system. Change Management: Lead and actively contribute to the delivery of change projects, implementing robust measurement mechanisms to gauge success. Qualifications and Skills: Professional Experience: Extensive investment operations experience. Strong knowledge of Crest, Overseas Custodians, and a solid understanding of FCA regulations. Previous experience in wealth management is essential. Communication and Methodology: Strong communication skills, with the ability to positively challenge others.
