Join the esteemed team of Personal Learning Coordinators (PLCs) at our clients hub. Your role will involve coordinating learning programmes and delivering education to a diverse group of learners with various disabilities. Utilising your planning and target-setting skills, you'll monitor, record, and optimise the progress of learners. Effective communication is crucial, as a significant part of your responsibilities will involve liaising with staff, external professionals, and students' parents. Exceptional interpersonal skills, proactivity, creativity, and forward-thinking are essential. Your multidisciplinary collaboration will be critical to ensure students maximise their learning, enhancing their independence and well-being for life beyond college. To qualify, you should have experience working with individuals with moderate learning difficulties, severe and multiple learning difficulties, and/or Autistic Spectrum Condition. A relevant level 3 or 4 professional qualification and a teaching qualification at the Diploma level are necessary. We welcome applications from those willing to work towards a full teaching qualification/Level 5 Diploma (or undertake this post-appointment), with salary adjustments accordingly.
