We're currently seeking qualified Personal Trainers for a range of full-time and part-time positions suited to both experienced trainers and those just starting out in the fitness industry. Job Overview: As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering tailored one-on-one and small group training sessions, helping clients reach their health and fitness goals safely and effectively. You’ll inspire and guide clients, provide expert advice on exercise and nutrition, and foster a positive, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial fitness assessments and create customised training plans. Deliver engaging personal training sessions, either in-person or online (depending on role). Motivate and monitor client progress, adjusting programs as needed. Offer guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, and healthy habits. Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming training environment. Contribute to member retention and engagement through excellent service. Requirements: Level 3 Personal Training qualification (REPs or CIMSPA recognised). Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, exercise science, and health practices. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset. Enhanced DBS check (required for roles involving minors or vulnerable clients). Desirable (but not essential): Group fitness certification (e.g., HIIT, Spin, Pilates, Yoga). Experience with online/virtual personal training platforms.
