Coppersmith Recruitment, representing our esteemed client, is seeking a diligent Quality Inspector to ensure adherence to customer, third-party, and regulatory requirements while upholding strategic objectives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining quality standards and facilitating continuous improvement within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily first-off, FAIRS, and batch inspections to guarantee compliance with specifications. Identify and segregate non-conforming work, ensuring clear identification and reporting through the NCR process to the Material Review Board (MRB). Generate comprehensive reports for management highlighting areas impacting the Quality System adversely. Maintain current and accurate documentation and ensure proper calibration of equipment. Execute inspection standards as per customer specifications, both pre-processing and at the inspection/dispatch stages. Provide technical support in resolving disputes with other department managers and operators. Ensure full alignment of the Company's quality system with international standards such as ISO 9001:2008 & AS9100, and in accordance with customer approvals. Contribute to the identification of continuous improvement techniques to support departmental and business objectives. Assist in system improvement projects to uphold product flow and implement best practices.
