Requirements:

Regional Account Manager - £45,000 Basic Salary (£60,000 OTE) + Company Car Allowance Coppersmith Recruitment is assisting our client in the search for two dynamic and experienced Regional Account Managers to join the rapidly expanding Managed Services Sales sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities and maximizing existing revenue by promoting our client's products and services in the CCTV and surveillance industry. Role Overview: Attend pre-booked meetings and collaborate with the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to thoroughly understand customer needs and requirements. Showcase the most relevant products and services tailored to meet customer needs. Identify new sales leads, either booking meetings independently or supporting the BDE team with contacts and project opportunities. Explore and develop all commercial opportunities for the company. Maximize revenue and profit in every commercial opportunity, negotiating on the best possible commercial terms. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and strive to exceed headline activity expectations. Benefits: Competitive basic salary, up to £45,000 (dependent on location and experience). Achievable individual bonus, up to £15,000 OTE. Company car allowance. 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, with increases based on length of service from year two. Experience Required: Minimum of three years' experience in an account management or customer-centric role. Proven experience in the utilities or construction sectors. Understanding of short sales cycles and experience in maintaining a strategic portfolio. Experience in plant hire would be preferable.
