£28,000 – £33,000 DOE Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take on a broader, more senior remit? Our client, a highly respected independent estate agency with over 30 years of success, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to play a key role within their professional team in Bushey. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished property professional who enjoys autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape how things are done within a supportive, well-established business. The Role As Senior Property Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of residential rental properties while acting as a senior point of contact for more complex matters. You’ll oversee compliance, processes, and client relationships to ensure that the agency continues to deliver a high-quality, efficient, and personal service. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of residential properties with minimal supervision.
Acting as an escalation point for landlord and tenant queries, handling complex or sensitive issues professionally.
Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and safety certifications.
Serving and managing Section 8 and Section 21 notices.
Overseeing renewals, tenancy terminations, and deposit returns.
Ensuring compliance with all lettings and property management legislation.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting to the Head of Property Management.
Contributing to process improvements and supporting junior colleagues where needed.
What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll need: Solid experience in residential property management.
A thorough understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
Proven experience managing Section 8 and Section 21 notices.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A proactive, professional approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Full UK driving licence and your own car.
(ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.)
