Main Duties: Execute planned plumbing and maintenance works, ensuring adherence to ACOP L8 guidelines. Refurbish water storage tanks, replace hot water cylinders, and manage pipework alterations. Adhere to Water Regulations, HSG274 & ACoP L8 guidelines. Serve as a liaison between clients and head office. Maintain on-site records aligned with the scope of works. Requirements: Hold a full UK driving license. Proficient in water hygiene management and compliance. Commit to meeting PPM contract requirements. Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential for early starts, overtime, and weekend work. Qualifications and Skills: NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Technical Certificate or equivalent. Expertise in Water Regulations and Unvented Hot Water (G3). Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes: Maintain high standards of conduct. Demonstrate respect for others. Exhibit a strong work ethic and professional attitude. Flexible approach and willingness to adapt.
