We are seeking Senior Account Executives to join a high-performing sales team in Houston. This position focuses on high-velocity, full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, helping small business owners (typically 1–10 employees) adopt innovative technology solutions. This opportunity is ideal for Account Executives with 1–2+ years of full-cycle experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments. You will manage warm inbound leads (no cold calling) and close deals efficiently while earning uncapped commission with accelerators that reward performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on small business clients. Handle warm inbound leads generated through marketing and product engagement. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored SaaS solutions. Maintain regular engagement with prospects via phone, email, and digital tools. Apply structured sales methodologies and leverage AI tools to improve sales productivity. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure strong client outcomes. Requirements 1–2+ years of Account Executive experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS environment (non-enterprise). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication, organizational, and customer relationship skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
