Our client is currently looking for an Entry-Level Duct Cleaner to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the duct cleaning and ventilation hygiene industry. You will work directly alongside an experienced team member, receiving full hands-on training from day one. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the routine cleaning and maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, filters, ducts, fans, and vents
Support the removal of grease, oil, and other contaminants from extraction systems
Scrape and clean accessible system components under supervision
Assist with basic inspections of systems to identify visible contamination
Help maintain cleaning equipment such as power washers, brushes, and chemical solutions
Follow all health & safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE
Support senior staff in delivering a professional service to clients on-site
Adhere to scheduled night-shift work, including potential weekend work when required
Training & Development: Full on-the-job training provided

Requirements: Full UK driving licence is essential
Willingness to work night shifts, Monday to Friday
Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
Good attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic level of English communication for health & safety purposes
No previous duct cleaning experience required – training provided
Desirable (but not essential): Any background in cleaning, construction, maintenance, or labouring
Awareness of health & safety on site
