We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive who is excited to drive new business, scale a rapidly growing sales team, and sell a standout product to customers across the real estate and commercial sectors.
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and owning your sales pipeline from the ground up—with the support of an SDR team—and closing deals across a range of customer types. You’ll navigate both fast-moving single-stakeholder deals and complex multi-party sales cycles with national commercial real estate groups.
This role requires a fast learner with exceptional sales instincts, strong financial acumen, and the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical buyers. You will join an energetic, high-performing sales team that currently reports directly to the CEO, with significant opportunities to grow and influence the future structure of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Exceed quarterly revenue targets by owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and cold outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing.
Build a strong pipeline in new markets across the country, leveraging your own outreach and SDR support.
Conduct tailored, value-driven demos that showcase the product’s capabilities and directly address customer pain points.
Master the client’s product, becoming the go-to expert capable of explaining edge cases and technical details clearly and effectively.
Develop a strong understanding of the parking, commercial real estate, and related industries to negotiate pricing and contract terms confidently.
Maintain a highly organized and accurate pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring activity logging and forecasting is precise.
Collaborate with Operations during the deal desk process to structure competitive, scalable, and commercially sound proposals.
Partner with fellow Account Executives to refine and improve the overall sales process as the team scales.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role, with recent experience as an Account Executive.
Demonstrated history of promotions and consistent overachievement.
Experience selling into non-tech industries—“the real America”—such as real estate, manufacturing, logistics, or public safety.
Vertical SaaS startup experience required.
Experience selling hardware + software solutions to B2B buyers (e.g., Verkada, Motive, Flock Safety).
Minimum 2 years closing experience (AE-level).
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to perform basic P&L and ROI analysis in Excel when preparing proposals.
A hunter mentality—excited by outbound prospecting, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving startup environment with limited playbooks.
Compensation
OTE: $215,000
Structure: 50% base salary / 50% commission
Commission: Uncapped, paid quarterly
