This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, reliable tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality bathroom installations and can work efficiently to tight project deadlines. The Role As a Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for the full installation of bathrooms from start to finish, working on residential refurbishment projects with typical turnaround times of 5–6 days per bathroom. Key Responsibilities Carry out first and second fix plumbing to a high standard Prepare walls and surfaces ready for tiling or installation Complete bathroom installations with exceptional attention to detail Deliver high-quality silicone work and finishes Undertake basic carpentry tasks as required Work efficiently to agreed timelines and schedules Maintain high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness What We’re Looking For Proven experience fitting bathrooms end to end Strong plumbing background (first and second fix) Basic carpentry skills Excellent finishing and silicone work High attention to detail with pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Requirements Self-employed status Available 5 days per week Own tools and vehicle required (A van may be provided following a successful trial period) Comfortable working on fast-paced refurbishment projects Pay & Benefits £47,000 – £50,000 per year Regular performance and rate reviews Consistent workflow with a growing refurbishment business Opportunity to work alongside a professional, high-performing team Work Location Multiple sites across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire In-person, site-based work
