Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Job description: Senior Account Executive (SaaS – Health Tech) Location: Remote (U.S.) – Central Time Hours Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE $200,000+) Employment Type: Full-Time Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. is partnering with a rapidly growing health-tech software company serving the senior living sector to appoint a Senior Account Executive. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role focused on driving new business within senior living and long-term care organizations. The successful candidate will sell directly to C-suite executives including CEOs, COOs, and CFOs. About the Opportunity Our client is a venture-backed SaaS platform that integrates seamlessly with existing EHR systems to help senior living operators increase care revenue and reduce labor costs. The organization is approaching profitability, has strong product-market fit, and is positioned for significant growth. You will report directly to the Founder and play a key role in building and shaping the go-to-market function. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Generate pipeline through outbound efforts (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) Sell complex SaaS solutions to senior-level decision-makers Manage deal sizes ranging from $150,000–$500,000 Achieve and exceed an annual quota of $800K–$1M+ Represent the company at industry conferences and events Contribute to sales process development and GTM strategy Essential Requirements 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS Account Executive experience Proven track record of achieving $850K+ annual quota Experience selling to C-suite executives in mid-market or enterprise organizations Strong outbound prospecting capability Experience in a startup or high-growth environment Ability to operate independently in a remote setting Bachelor’s degree required Preferred: Experience in health-tech or senior living markets Previous operational or entrepreneurial experience What We’re Looking For Entrepreneurial mindset and intellectual curiosity Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid growth Analytical, driven, and highly accountable Coachable and collaborative Willing to build process from the ground up Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($90K–$100K) 50/50 commission split with uncapped accelerators Competitive equity package Fully remote work environment Direct access to experienced leadership Opportunity to shape the sales function from an early stage Why Join?
