This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Domestic Cleaner who is ready to step up into a leadership role, helping to train, support and develop new team members while maintaining the highest cleaning standards. The Role As Team Leader / Supervisor, you will lead by example, ensuring cleaning services are delivered to an exceptional standard while supporting and mentoring colleagues. You will be responsible for maintaining quality, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring all staff follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
