Salary 70 to 80,000 base salary Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and rapidly expanding client operating within the industrial technology and process control sector. Our client is developing advanced technology that enables industries to better measure and manage density, solids, and real time process performance across critical sectors including mining, energy, wastewater, dredging, and industrial processing. Due to continued global expansion, they are now seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to help build, lead, and scale their international sales capability. This is not a traditional account management role. This position is designed for someone who thrives in high growth environments, enjoys building sales infrastructure, and is motivated by the opportunity to close major industrial contracts while helping establish a new category within the market. About the Role The Sales Manager will play a central role in converting strong inbound marketing interest into commercial success. Working closely with leadership and marketing teams, you will lead the sales effort to secure new enterprise clients while developing long term strategic partnerships. This role combines hands on selling, strategic sales leadership, and team development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both closing deals and building scalable sales structures. You will also work alongside marketing initiatives that are generating global attention, ensuring opportunities are converted into long term revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Convert qualified inbound marketing leads into enterprise level contracts Build and manage a structured global sales pipeline Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and industrial partners Secure multi site and multi unit contracts across international markets Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation and sales conversion strategies Develop partner channel sales opportunities and co selling initiatives Build and scale a global sales team as the company expands Establish forecasting systems and pipeline visibility Drive expansion revenue within existing customer accounts Identify strategic global framework agreements with major industrial operators What We Are Looking For The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of commercial drive, technical sales understanding, and leadership ability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating within high value industrial sales environments and will have a proven ability to convert complex opportunities into significant revenue.
