salary: $70,000 to $100,000 base. Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc. is partnering with a fast-growing, early-stage technology company to hire a driven and ambitious Account Executive. The foundation is in place and the business is now ready to scale.As an Account Executive, you will own the day-to-day execution of the full sales cycle, working directly with the CEO and co-founder on all aspects of revenue growth. This includes refining ideal customer profiles, shaping go-to-market strategy, contributing to pricing and contract terms, and acting as the voice of the customer internally.You will step into a sales motion that is already working, with an existing pipeline, refined sales collateral, a clean CRM, strong inbound demand, and consistent referrals. While inbound opportunities will be a major focus, you will also help build and scale outbound efforts as the product expands into new construction segments.This is not a plug-and-play sales role. You will not simply follow an existing playbook.
