Experienced Carpenter – 1st & 2nd Fix £180 – £220 per day | Long-Term Work Beds | Herts | Bucks Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Ltd, on behalf of their client, is recruiting an experienced Carpenter to join a professional refurbishment team on a long-term, consistent basis starting in January. This role involves high-end residential refurbishment projects, including bathrooms, kitchens, and internal works, across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. Scope of Work 1st & 2nd fix carpentry Stud walls and plasterboarding Hanging doors and door sets Hanging units and boxing work General site carpentry completed to a high standard Key Responsibilities Work effectively both as part of a team and independently Read and interpret drawings with minimal supervision Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organised work areas Communicate professionally with site teams and clients Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship What We’re Looking For This role is for you if you: Are reliable and punctual Take pride in quality, finish, and attention to detail Have your own tools and transport Respect customers’ homes and working environments This role is not suitable if you: Are unreliable or inconsistent Leave sites untidy Require constant supervision Regularly move between short-term jobs Pay & Benefits £180 – £220 per day, depending on experience, reliability, speed, and quality of work Weekly pay Long-term, consistent workload Professional, well-organised working environment with clear expectations Trial Period A paid trial week will be offered prior to confirming any long-term position Start Date January
